Well, I'd say just take pictures of things that really interest you. Don't take a photo for the sake of taking one, ya'know? It's really simple like that and after a while you'll start to realize what you really enjoy shooting and what you really don't. This is just how I work but I always try to take pictures in an angle or of something that I haven't seen before in other photos. Sometimes I lay on my stomach to get the perfect shot of something haha, just don't limit yourself. I hope I'm being helpful, I'm not that awesome but I try!
